No, given the growing list of duties towards us as GPs, we have decided not to take over this care. We will refer you to the GGD or https://prepnu.nl/artsen/.
The cost for this will come off your deductible. You can find the costs on the laboratory's website. Note that the cost for faeces/ stool tests is often above 300 euros.
Use a special tick remover or pointed tweezers and pull out the tick close to the skin. Seek help if the tick was stuck for more than 24 hours and if you see a red circle appear around the bite location. See also thuisarts.nl/ik-have-tick.
For patients who need regular check-ups, we have partnered with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment is timely and well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice. Such a message could be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. It is very nice for us if you comply with such a request.
